Abstract:Heritagetourismisanimportantindustryinmanycountriesandregions,whichnotonlycanexcavateculturalresourcesandhistoricalrelics,butalsocanpromotethedevelopmentoflocaleconomy.However,theestablishmentanddisseminationofheritagetourismimageisacomplexprocess,anditsinfluencingfactorsarealsoverycomplexanddiverse.Basedonthecollectionandanalysisofliterature,thispaperconductsresearchonthefactorsinfluencingheritagetourismimageanditsmechanism.Intermsofinfluencingfactors,thispaperanalyzesfromfouraspects:scenicspotsthemselves,consumers,tourismmarketingandenvironment.Itbelievesthattheculturalresources,managementlevelandculturalprotectionmeasuresofthescenicspotitselfarethefundamentalfactorsofheritagetourismimage.Intermsofmechanism,thispaperstartsfromfourdimensions:perception,belief,attitudeandbehavior,andexplorestheprocessandmechanismofimageconstructionoftouristsintheheritagetourismprocess,andanalyzestheroleoftourismmarketingintheconstructionofheritageimage.Finally,thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestionsforimprovingheritagetourismimage,includingstrengtheningculturalprotectionmeasures,improvingmanagementlevelandservicequality,andinnovatingtourismmarketingstrategies,soastoprovidereferenceandreferenceforheritagetourismimageconstruction.
