S.1. 應按產品供應商提供的工藝規定配制找平材料應對混凝土表面凹陷部位用找平材料填補平整，且不應有棱角。轉角處應用找平材料修復為光滑的圓弧，半徑不應小于20mm。應在找平材料表面干燥后立即進行下一步工序施工。配制并涂刷浸漬樹脂粘結劑（粘浸膠）的配制，應按粘結劑供應廠商提供的配比和工藝要求進行，且應有專人負責。調膠使用的工具應為低速攪拌器，攪拌應均勻，無

12、氣泡產生，并應防止灰塵等雜質混入。樹脂配制時應按產品說明書中規定的配比稱量置于容器中，用攪拌器均勻攪拌至色澤均勻。攪拌用容器內及攪拌器上不得有油污及雜質。應根據現場實際環境溫度決定樹脂的每次拌合量，并按使用要求嚴格 控制使用時間。2.6粘貼碳纖維片材粘貼碳纖維布按圖紙要求的尺寸裁剪碳纖維布。應按產品供應商提供的工藝規程配制浸漬樹脂并均勻涂抹于所要粘貼的部位。將裁剪好的碳纖維織物敷在涂好粘結劑的基層上。用專用的滾筒順纖維方向在已貼好碳纖維織物的面上多次滾壓，排除氣泡，使浸漬樹脂充分浸透碳纖維布，滾壓時不得損傷碳纖維布。多層粘貼重復上述步驟，應在纖維表面浸漬樹脂指-.
