1、新冠疫情對企業的影響2022年6月|上海調研概要2022年6月7日至9日期間，上海美國商會向會員企業發起了新一輪調研，旨在了解近期的上海疫情以及封控政策對在滬外資企業的 影響。此次調研共收到133家會員企業的反饋（含69家制造業企業和64家消費品及服務業企業）。主要調研結果如下：93%的受訪企業下調了2022年的營收預期，其中25%的受訪企業的預計營收較年初下調20%以上；36%的消費品及服務業企業的預 計營收較年初下滑20%以上。25%的消費品及服務業企業與20%的制造業企業縮減了計劃投資規模。僅有一家受訪企業表示計劃增加在華投資；26%的制造業企業表示正在加速中國供應鏈本土化，將全球產品的

2、生產轉移到國外。23%的制造業企業表示，上海的疫情封控管 理措施并未影響其供應鏈戰略；近四分之三（74%）的受訪企業表示封控管理措施并沒有導致外籍員工的計劃外離職；35%的受訪制造業企業已全面恢復產能，25%的制造業企業產能仍未超過75%，3%的企業尚未復工。在受訪的消費品及服務業企 業企業中，僅27%的企業已經全面恢復運營。在尚未實現全面復工復產的受訪企業中，71%的企業希望員工可以自由在工廠和住 宅小區間自由通勤，逾半數（53%）的企業表示（與）屬地政府（街道）的支持和良好溝通對全面復工復產很關鍵；僅9%的受訪企業表示申請并已獲得了市政府的助企紓困補貼；另有19%的受訪企業已申請助企紓困補
