30、擾 動。(4)開挖過程中應時時測量挖深，通過放坡系數計算該挖深處的下邊緣位 置，并由測量人員撒出白灰線進行控制。(5)如果到達坑底后發現基底土層與地勘資料不一致應立即通知業主、監理、設計以及地勘部門，以便及時采取措施。(7)因在施工時運土車輛需從基坑下面往上面運土，因此土方施工時需預 留坡道。(9)為保證達到土方文明施工要求，避免土方運輸車輛泥土污染市政道路， 因此在現場出入口邊設置專用沉淀池，現場道路作地面硬化處理。5、卸土場及土方外運根據本工程場地的實際情況，土石方全部要外運，外購黃土回填。因本工程工期較緊，為確保現場運輸流暢，不影響后續工程的施工，邊挖邊 即時的將土方運出，現場不臨時堆放

35、、技術準備(1)測量人員做好技術準備，提前畫好外圍控制線，并隨時跟蹤挖土標高加 強標高控制，嚴禁超挖。(2)技術部門應對現場施工人員做出明確交底，畫出集水坑等位置局部詳圖， 確保位置準確。(3)施工前土方組長向所有參加施工的人員進行有針對性的技術交底，必須使每個操作者對施工中的技術要求心中有數。(4) 了解施工機械設備的技術參數與性能。(5)做好施工場地的通平工作。(6)根據提供的地下管線(燃氣管線、下水道、地下電纜等)分布情況，查 明現場具體分布位置及埋藏深度。(7)按照施工圖及基坑周邊控制軸線準確測出基坑外包線，并將基坑周邊控制軸線引測到場地周邊適當部位，妥善保護。(8)根據現場平面布置，

41、、勞動力需要量計劃廳p土方、護坡施工工種人數備注1運輸車司機32挖掘機司機13基坑清土工人34抽水工人1第六章 土方施工1、施工方法及工期：采用大開挖的方法并根據施工安排和現場情況，組織好土方開挖、坡道留置 和出土路線等工序，棄土地點根據實際情況再確定。板底以上土方量約888m3計劃2天完成,平均每天出土量約440m32、技術措施(1)事先根據坐標撒出基礎邊線，根據放坡比例撒出基坑開挖下口線、上口線。(2)放坡：開挖深度達7m查表應按照1: 0.5進行一級放坡。(3)底板墊層外預留1m寬操作面，操作面內挖排水溝，轉角挖一積水井。(4)積水井采用磚砌，尺寸為500*500*500。排水溝與墊層一

42、起澆筑混凝土， 成形后尺寸為300寬、200深。(5)為確保雨天排水，在整個基坑四角處各設置一個1000*1000*1000的深積水井。(6)至基底時預留200mm人工緊隨進行清槽，將清除的土方送至返鏟半徑 之內帶棄。(7)機械挖土接近坑底時，由現場專職測量員用水準儀，將水準標高引測至 坑底，然后隨著挖機逐步向前推進，將水平儀置于坑底。(8)設置竹樁之前，人工進行第一次打土，桿土時由測量員用水平儀控制標 高，桿土厚度為10-15cm,在竹樁放置之后進行第二次桿土，桿土厚度及標高以 竹樁控制，桿土完成后，基底標高達到圖紙設計及規范要求， 誤差不得大于1cm!etrl e q_L c siie，t

46、ers-ger-aeraarles eesea.e rs.u- eeer-ga-eSu-rwar綠地.山水天城1.1期化糞池基坑土方開挖專項方案(9)人工桿土應使用鐵鍬作為桿土工具，桿土時采用平鏟法，防止超鏟。在 第二次打土時，可采用退步桿土，盡量避免人員在已完成的土面上走動、操作。(10)在挖到基礎加深部位土方時，必須經現場有關管理人員正確確定加深 位置后，方準許利用機械適當少量加深挖掘，否則必須全部采用人工挖掘和修理， 以確保加深部位的地基堅實可靠。(11)采用邊開挖、邊清土、邊驗槽并立即澆注墊層的快節奏施工法，避免 基土長期暴露和遇雨浸泡。(12)如遇薄弱土層或不慎超挖之處采用級配砂石填

47、。(13)如遇雨泡槽，須清除表面泥漿鋪撒碎石找平，人流集中處鋪設木板通 道，防止踩成橡皮土。(14) 土方開挖過程中，如發現滑動，裂痕，流沙等現象，暫停施工，必要 時，將人員與機械撤至安全的地方，通知設計單位提出處理措施。第七章施工技術要點1 .加強技術管理工作，優化施工方案，及時處理施工中發生的技術問題。2 .加強施工技術裝備，提高現場機械化施工程度，提高生產效率，加快施 工進度。3 .合理調度現場挖土運輸機械設備，精心安全施工程序，適時調配挖土人 力，并保證人力、材料、設備等資源滿足施工進度計劃的需要。4 .將水準標高引測到開挖出來的基坑內并做好標記， 施工人員根據此標高， 控制好挖土面尺
