31、適用于瀝青路面表面層、中面層、下面層。再生瀝青混合料的最大粒徑宜從上至下逐漸增大,并應與壓實層厚度相匹配,瀝青層一層的厚度不宜小于集料公稱最大粒徑的2.53.0倍。第 11 頁 共 12 頁2 材料要求2.1 舊瀝青混合料用于工廠熱再生的舊瀝青混合料應干燥、潔凈,無瀝青粘結的砂石料不得多于瀝青舊料質量的5%,含泥量不得大于1%,用于再生生產的舊瀝青混合料顆粒尺寸應小于31.5(方孔篩)。舊瀝青混合料占熱再生瀝青混合料質量百分比比不超過30。2.2 再生劑再生劑應具備以下性能:(1)與舊瀝青材料有良好的相容性和較廣的適應性;(2)改善舊瀝青的路用性能;(3)不含蠟質成分;(4)性能穩定,并具有較

42、不大于總質量的30%,根據舊料顆粒、新集料、礦粉篩分結果以及表8給定級配范圍,確定各礦料比例;5.1.4 再生劑材料摻配比例的確定根據舊料中含有的瀝青材料性能,初定幾個不同摻量的再生劑比例,進行舊瀝青材料再生試驗(包括延度、針入度、軟化點等三大指標),對照相關指標要求,選定再生劑摻配比例;5.1.5 新瀝青材料摻量確定選擇5個不同新瀝青摻配比例,成型馬歇爾試件,并進行馬歇爾試驗,按常規配合比設計方法確定新瀝青材料最佳用量;5.1.6 性能驗證試驗對上述設計結果進行性能驗證試驗,各項性能指標滿足表10要求,目標配合比設計試驗工作完成,出具報告;若性能驗證試驗結果不能滿足要求轉入(3),調整級配,

43、確定最佳瀝青用量,直至設計結果通過性能驗證;多次從復試驗如仍未獲得良好的結果,則應分析原因。5.2 生產配合比設計與調試5.2.1 冷料流量試驗對瀝青舊料、不同規格礦料,進行冷料流量試驗,確定冷料流量與拌和設備設定參數數量關系,作為后繼工作的基礎。5.2.2 確定各熱料倉礦料和礦粉的用量根據冷料流量試驗、目標配合比設計結果,對二次篩分后進入各料倉的礦料取樣進行篩分,根據篩分結果,通過計算(舊料中礦料按目標配合比比例進行計算),使礦質混合料的級配符合表8規定,并盡可能與目標配合比設計級配一致,確定各熱料倉礦料和礦粉的用料比例。5.2.3 確定最佳油石比取目標配合比設計的最佳摻配比OAC和OAC±(0.20.4)%三個油石比,取以上計算的礦質混合料、以及目標配合比舊料、再生劑用量,采用試驗
