1、Goal of American Education 美國教育的目標(biāo)Education is an enormous and expensive part of American life.教育是美國人的生活中很重要的一部分,花銷也大。 Its size is matched by its variety.其規(guī)模宏大,種類多樣。Differences in American schools compared with those found in the majority of other countries lie in the fact that education here has lo

3、offer more than academic subjects. 這意味著公立學(xué)校提供的教育不只限于學(xué)術(shù)方面的課程。It surprises many people when they come here to find high schools offering such courses as typing, sewing, radio repair, computer programming or driver training, along with traditional academic subjects such as mathematics, history, and lan
