2、證管路進(jìn)入接線盒平直，如下圖所示：When the wall-following pipe adopted surface conduit to connect with junction box,the clamp shall use 離墻碼 to ensure the pipe horizontal and vertical. 3) 鋼管路沿墻明敷設(shè)需進(jìn)入配電箱時(shí)，應(yīng)一孔一管，管道應(yīng)從配電箱預(yù)留敲落孔進(jìn)入，配管需要煨制燈叉彎或安裝支架。不少于兩根管路與配電箱連接時(shí)，應(yīng)排列整齊，間距均勻。如下圖所示W(wǎng)hen the wall-following pipe adopted surface co

4、: 4) 鋼管連接及接地的各種不同方式見下圖: Pipe connecting and grounding in different ways as follows :3. 橋架安裝Cable Tray Installationa) 槽式水平橋架與支架的橫擔(dān)必須用半圓頭的螺栓固定，半圓頭向內(nèi)，以防止螺栓劃傷電纜外護(hù)層。 Adopting cross-arm cup head bolt to fix support cross-arm on channel tray ,the cup-head side shall be inward in case the bolt will scratch

5、the cable sheath .c) 電纜橋架沿墻垂直安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)確保橋架固定牢靠，梯架的固定應(yīng)采用專用壓板。如下圖。When install cable tray along wall vertically, make sure that cable tray fixed firmly.Adopting specialized plate pinch to fix cable ladder. d)槽式電纜橋架沿墻安裝時(shí)，其固定方式應(yīng)采用支架或半圓頭內(nèi)膨脹螺栓，固定螺栓的螺桿嚴(yán)禁伸進(jìn)橋架內(nèi)，如下圖：When install channel tray along the wall, adopt

16、eath,be cautious when remove its packing.It is better to reserve spare intermediate joints,and terminal joints.According to arranged orders,make the cable smoothly and evenly across corner, branch of cable tray avoiding crossing and overlapping. 在同一橋架內(nèi)，同一回路不同相序的電纜應(yīng)同時(shí)敷設(shè)，敷設(shè)完后應(yīng)及時(shí)將橋架蓋板蓋好以作保護(hù)，防止在其他專業(yè)施工過程

17、中電纜被工具、建材碰撞或被焊接火花等擊傷、燒傷從而造成電纜外護(hù)套的損壞。In a cable tray, the cable which sequence of the same circuit are different should be laid at the same time. 18、m welding which may destroy cable sheath.7.2電纜排列Cable Layout單芯電纜排列方式Single Core Cable Layout單排電纜Single Row Cable兩路平行電纜Parallel Cable7.3電纜的調(diào)整 The Adjustment of Cable Laying 在橋架T形彎、L型彎、穿越墻洞、電氣豎井、進(jìn)出配電柜箱等彎曲度大、空間狹小處敷設(shè)時(shí)要注意敷設(shè)時(shí)應(yīng)用力均衡，在處理彎曲處時(shí)，要使用廠家配備專用的彎曲工具，按照安裝說明的彎曲方法和力度進(jìn)行冷彎，切不可使用普通工具或人工強(qiáng)行彎曲，以免在操作中損傷電纜銅護(hù)套。 W

Using the bend tool provided by manufacture and following the methods on instructions to cold bend t

20、he cable.In order to avoiding cable sheath damage,do not use common tools or manual power to bend the cable. 7.4電纜膨脹節(jié)設(shè)置 Cable Expansion Joint Setting避免溫度變化對(duì)電纜產(chǎn)生永久的損傷，在電纜直線敷設(shè)超過70m時(shí)應(yīng)在允許的場(chǎng)合設(shè)置膨脹環(huán)，通常采用S型膨脹環(huán)。 To avoid the temperature changing make a permanent damage to cable,after laying cable more than 7

21、0 meters,install a cable expansion joint at a suitable place .“S”型膨脹環(huán)S-shape Expansion Joint“”型膨脹環(huán)-Shape Expansion Joint7.5電纜進(jìn)箱柜的安裝 The cable installation at Cabinet Inlet and Outlet 電纜進(jìn)配電箱、柜敷設(shè)時(shí)，當(dāng)采用黃銅板或銅、鋁母線作電纜固定支架時(shí)，可不采用接地銅片，但黃銅板或銅、鋁母線支架應(yīng)有可靠的接地。當(dāng)采用鋼支架作電纜固定支架時(shí)，則應(yīng)采用接地銅片。見下圖：When laying the cable throu

28、ate.質(zhì)量要求及安裝方法：Quality Requirement and Installing Method明裝燈具的安裝應(yīng)符合下列要求：Surface mounted lamps shall comply with the requirements as follows:同一室內(nèi)或同一場(chǎng)所成排安裝的燈具，其中心線偏差不應(yīng)大于5mm。The center line of lamp row which located in same room shall not have 5mm deviation.燈具固定應(yīng)牢固可靠。每個(gè)燈具固定用的螺釘或螺栓不應(yīng)少于2個(gè)。The lamp shall be

29、 fixed reliably.At least 2 bolts or screws shall be used for fixing lamp.公共場(chǎng)所用的應(yīng)急照明燈和疏散指示燈，應(yīng)有明顯的標(biāo)志，必需符合消防驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的驗(yàn)收要求。Emergency and escape illumination in public shall be clearly marked which need satisfy the acceptance requirement of firefighting.嵌入頂棚內(nèi)的裝飾燈具的安裝應(yīng)符合下列要求：Embedded lamp on the ceiling shall

34、oining 開關(guān)接線：Switch wiring同一場(chǎng)所的開關(guān)切斷位置應(yīng)一致，且操作靈活，接點(diǎn)接觸可靠。 Cut-off position of switch should be consistent in the same place with flexible and reliable operation. 電器、燈具的相線必須經(jīng)開關(guān)控制。Phase line of appliance ,lamp shall be controlled by switch插座接線：Socket wiring單相兩孔插座、單相三孔插座，面對(duì)插座的右孔與相線連接，左孔與零線連接；面對(duì)插座的右孔與相線連接，左

35、孔與零線連接，接地或接零線接在上孔。插座的接地端子不與零線端子連接。About single phase,2 holes socket, the hole on the right connects with phrase line .The hole on the left connects with null line. About the single phase ,3holes socket,the hole on the right shall connect with phrase line ,The hole on the left connects with null line

36、. The upper hole connects with null line or earth wire.Earthing connector of socket will not connect to neutral connector接地或接零線在插座間嚴(yán)禁串聯(lián)連接。It is strictly prohibited to use series connection to connect earth wire or null wire on socket.面板安裝：Panel Installation安裝前準(zhǔn)備：先將

37、盒內(nèi)甩出的導(dǎo)線留出維修長(zhǎng)度，削去絕緣層，注意不要碰傷線芯。將導(dǎo)線按順時(shí)針方向盤繞在開關(guān)、插座對(duì)應(yīng)的接線柱上，然后旋緊壓頭，插接端子，將線芯直接插入接線孔內(nèi)，再用頂絲將其壓緊。注意線芯不得外露。Pre-installation preparation: Reserve a certain length of wire for maintenance,remove the insulation ,do not damage wire core.coil the wire core around binding post in the clockwise direction,and then tig

38、hten the wire head,connecting terminal connector.Inserting the wire core into wiring hole,and tighten the connection by jack-screw .Do not expose the wire core.導(dǎo)線連接完后將開關(guān)、插座面板推入接線盒內(nèi)（如果盒子深度大于2.5cm時(shí)，應(yīng)加裝套盒），對(duì)正盒眼，用機(jī)螺絲固定牢固。固定時(shí)要使面板端正，并與墻面嚴(yán)密、平齊。After connecting wire,Push socket and panel into junction box(i

41、g protection and safety ground system引下線安裝避雷帶安裝接地電阻測(cè)試接地裝置工藝流程：Process:Grounding Device - Downlead Installation-Lightning Protection Installation -Grounding Resistance Test本建筑防雷接地與強(qiáng)、弱電接地等共用接地裝置，要求接地電阻不大于0.5。如若不能滿足要求，應(yīng)增打接地極 ，直至接地電阻符合要求，同時(shí)作好測(cè)試記錄報(bào)監(jiān)理、甲方、防雷檢測(cè)所備案。The lightning protection grounding of this

43、.接地裝置安裝Grounding System Installation 利用結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)梁、底板內(nèi)兩根不小于16主筋焊接成網(wǎng)狀作為接地裝置。Making use of 2 main steel bars inside structure foundation beam and base plate which size is not less than 16 ,and welded into a mesh as grounding system. 避雷引下線Lightning Protection Downlead利用結(jié)構(gòu)柱或墻內(nèi)不小于10的豎向主筋貫通焊接，上端升出女兒墻與避雷帶焊接，下端與接

44、地系統(tǒng)焊接。焊接時(shí)雙面施焊，要求焊縫飽滿，不得有夾渣咬肉等缺陷，焊接后清除干凈藥皮。其做法如下:Making use of steel bars inside structural columns and walls which size is not less than 10,and welding with main bars.The upper end of steel bars which spread out of parapet shall be welded with lightning protection .The lower end shall be welded with

45、 grounding system.While welding,it requires double-sided welding,and welding seam integrity without serious weld defects .After welding,clean the surface . as follows:由于結(jié)構(gòu)柱內(nèi)主筋采用不小于10鋼筋，所以避雷引下線利用結(jié)構(gòu)柱內(nèi)兩根對(duì)角主筋或鋼結(jié)構(gòu)鋼柱引下。本工程地下部分共設(shè)17處避雷引下點(diǎn)，地上部分共設(shè)48處避雷引下點(diǎn)。Due to the size of main steel bars inside column is no

47、以便檢查和引出。在柱子上端預(yù)埋100X100X8的鍍鋅鋼板，用于柱子內(nèi)主鋼筋與屋頂避雷網(wǎng)連接的轉(zhuǎn)換。On each floor ,adopting 10 round steel bar to connect with diagonal main steel bars inside column and mark the steel bar with yellow paint for easy check and bring it out.Embed 100X100X8 galvanized steel plate in the top of column which used for the

48、connection between main steel bars inside column and lightning protection net on the roof.另外在外墻室外地坪0.5米處留4處防雷測(cè)試點(diǎn)，防雷測(cè)試點(diǎn)處用-40X4鍍鋅扁鋼與用做引下線的柱內(nèi)主筋或鋼柱焊接后引出，焊接長(zhǎng)度不小于100mm，在防雷測(cè)試點(diǎn)處預(yù)留300mmX200mmX120mm木盒，木盒開口面與混凝土表面一平。· Besides , 4 lightning protection test places shall be reserved outside 0.5 meters from e

49、xternal wall.Welding -40X4 galvanized flat steel with main steel bar inside column together and leading it out.· Welding length shall not be less 100mm.Reserve a 300mmX200mmX120mm wooden box at the protection test place. The opening of wooden box shall be parallel with concrete surface. 根據(jù)外墻裝飾情

Set test places and brushed the test places and decoration panel into white color and then mark the black symbols on it.變電所接地Substation Grounding在變電所預(yù)留鍍鋅扁鋼，引出至室外輔

51、助接地裝置鍍鋅扁鋼焊接連通，焊接長(zhǎng)度為扁鋼寬度的兩倍，且三面施焊，焊縫清理干凈。各電氣豎井、各電梯井道、電梯機(jī)房、消防控制室、各弱電機(jī)房、弱電設(shè)備間、衛(wèi)生間、設(shè)備機(jī)房、等處預(yù)留100X100X10mm鍍鋅鋼板或接地線盒。In substation, reserved galvanized flat steel and lead it to outdoor weld with galvanized flat steel of auxiliary grounding device .The welding length is two times of the width of the flat s
