2、aryThe aim of this paper is to analysis Toyota Auto corporation opportunities and the threats through using SWOT method. At resource development displayed in the process of case analyzing. The major problems in thisarticle are whamt akes Toyota become the world first Auto manufacture? Whaatre the To

The prospects of the Toyota and so on, the main purpose is to iToyota psroblems and shortcomings; and finally to find out the reasons caused these problems, in the end of the article, the author forward his own opinions and recommends for the Toyota s developing.Introduction of th
4、e ToyotaToyota is Japans largest car manufacturer, which was founded in 1933, and Toyota Company is headquartered in Toyota City. Initially is one of the Toyota Automatic Looms productiondepartments. In 1937, Toyota merged into Toyota Motor Co., since then, Toyota established several related compani
5、es, including Toyota Machinery Co., Ltd. in1941, and Toyota Body Co. in 1945, In the 1960s and 1970s, Toyotas expansion rapidly, the vehicle volume even sold to foreign markets. And in 1982, the company obtained its present name-Toyota. Today,Toyota has assembly plants and distributors in many count
6、ries, the company also has the subsidiary which produce the motor vehicles line and the other parts, rubber and cork materials, steel, syn thetic res in, automatic loom and the cott on wool and so on. Econo mic dep ressi on and rising costs of raw materials and labor, comp etiti

9、inno vati on way, it has continu ously invo Ived in research and devel opment activities and uses this point as one of its strategies to stay in the market. The research and devel opment activity done has been a success asToyota is now able to produce a customer car in five days. In additi on, Toyot

Welltrained empioyees are more committed to their jobs and in directly, it will h

Therefore, it would be a weak ness for Toyota duri ng the global econo mic crisis whereby losses of clos ing

Toyota makes itself fully understand its curre nt state of affairs and also the norms before planning for imp roveme nts, this is imp orta nt, and n eeded to be done beforeha nd becauseby impi eme nti ng the wrong p
16、lan or plan that contradicts, with the culture of either party (the company itself or the market), the market may be turned off and lose in terest as well as con fide nee towards Toyota. (Donna A., 2010) With the adva nceme nt of tech no logy, the p athway of Toyota product and services has become s

Tech no logy has en able Toyota to have more use-frie ndly mach ines which in turn ben efits the p roduct ion line at Toyota, p roduct ion line in Toyota can be set up so easily in now days, and has nor fail to follow the sp ecified p ath, in directly, it will boost the efficie
18、 ncy level in p roduct ion dep artme nt, and thus, more p roducts can be p roduced in the same p eriod as the time before more adva need machi nes were brought in. (Chuck W., 2008)Threats: Looking at the buying pattern of today s people, this kind of consumption becomesmore and more less, and this i
19、s due to the curre nt situati on faced by people duri ng recessi on.At this point of time where economy is not doing quite well though improving, people tend to save more money for rainy days. (P atrick V., Stjn H., 2010) As a result, people send less on their wan ts, Toyota should fell the impact o
20、f sessi on because people now spend less and they are not willi ng to spend thousa nds of money just buy a car whe n they already have one. As an effect, Toyota s sales figure will drop while all other fixed cobtas utilities expenses, floor rent, etc. are needed to be paid, if this is to be continue
21、 for a long time, most of the Toyota s factories may be closed down. (Nabyla D., 2011)Recomme ndati onAs the largest automobile manufacturing company, Toyota attracted in the world-wideattention, Toyota s any decision may become the focus, no matter the strengths, weaknesses or the opportun ities an

So, to kee p the first po siti on in a Ion ger time, what Toyota has to do is inno vati on, not only in huma n resource sector, but also in op erati on and in formatio n select ion.ConclusionThe case lead the author detailed
