1、感恩的雙手:Tha nksgivi ng Day感恩節(jié)臨近了,有位一年級(jí)老師給班上的學(xué)生布置了一項(xiàng)有趣的 作業(yè);畫出他們想感謝的東西。考試大論壇當(dāng)孩子們接著做其它作業(yè)時(shí),老師在道格拉斯的桌旁停下來(lái),彎下腰問(wèn)他那是誰(shuí)的手。小男孩 眼望別處怯怯地說(shuō):“老師,那是你的手。”她回想起,有時(shí)她會(huì)像對(duì) 其他學(xué)生一樣,牽著他的手一起去這兒,至V那兒。她常說(shuō):“拉著我的手,道格拉斯,我們走到外面去。”或者“讓我教你怎樣拿鉛筆。” 又或者:“我們一起來(lái)做這件事吧。”而道格拉斯最感激的正是老師的 手。Sometimes we n eed to remi nd ourselves that tha nkfuln e

One could only guess at the painDouglas felt behind those sad eyes.Yes, his picture was different. When asked to draw a picture of somethingforwhich he was tha nkful, he drew a hand. Noth ing else.

5、Just an empty hand.His abstract image captured the imaginationofhis peers. Whose hand could it be? One child guessed it was the hand of a farmer, because farmers raise turkeys. Ano ther suggested a police officer, because the police protect and care for people. Still others guessed it was the hand o

6、f God, for God feeds us. And so the discussi on wen t;u ntil the teacher almost forgot the young artist himself.Whe n the childre n had gone on to other assignments, she paused at Douglas’desk,bent dow n, and asked him whose hand it was. The little boy lookedaway andmurmured,"It&a
