WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARY ON WIRING AND COMPONENTS- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION AND DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION. PREPARATION / 準備工作 NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task: 注 釋:開始維修工作前,應將本注釋中的以下幾點作為基本飛機構型:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear) 飛機地面停放時,地面安全銷和輪擋必須放置在位- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked 發動機關斷,反推關閉并鎖定- Aircraft in clean configuration 飛機清潔- Parking brake applied 設置停留剎車- Aircraft electrical network de-energized 飛機斷電- Hydraulic systems depressurized 液壓系統釋壓- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available 可進入駕駛艙和客艙- All circuit breakers are in closed position 所有跳開關都處于閉合狀態- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position. 所有控制電門處于NORM, AUTO 或 OFF位置(1) Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded (Refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802).確保飛機靜電接地。(參考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802)(2) Make sure that the safety barriers are in position. 確保安全隔欄放置在位。(3) Do the Job Set-up procedure for the removal of the Main Landing Gear (MLG) bogie beam stop pad (Refer to AMM Task 32-11-14-000-803 or AMM Task 32-11-14-000-805).執行拆除主起落架小車梁止動塊任務中的“開始工作”步驟,參考AMM Task 32-11-14-000-803或AMM Task 32-11-14-000-805。(4) Put waining notices in position: 在以下位置放置警告牌:- on the panel 312VU to tell persons not to operate the landing gear 在312VU面板上放置警告牌,禁止操作起落架。- on the hydraulic ground-service connections to tell persons not to operate the Green hydraulic system. 在液壓地面勤務接頭上放置警告牌,禁止操作綠液壓系統。(5) Check the shock absorber nitrogen charge pressure (Refer to AMM Task 32-11-00-220-819).檢查減震支柱充氣壓力(參考AMM task 32-11-00-220-819)。NOTE: The above workstep is not applicable if the bogie beam has been removed during other maintenance activities.注 釋:若維修任務中需要拆除小車梁,則以上工作步驟不適用。B. INSPECTION / 檢查CAUTION: IF THE AFFECTED AREAS WERE REPAIRED BEFORE YOU DO THIS REPEAT INSPECTION IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO KNOW WHAT THE BLEND DEPTH WAS BEFORE YOU START. YOU CAN CONTACT TS SYSTEM ENGINEER (TS) FOR THE BLEND DEPTH BEFORE. THE BLEND REPAIR DEPTH GIVEN IN THIS TASK IS A CUMULATIVE TOTAL. IF THE CUMULATIVE TOTAL IS MORE THAN THE BLEND DEPTH GIVEN CONTACT TS SYSTEM ENGINEER (TS).注 意:如果執行此重復性檢查之前,受影響區域已經執行過修理,你需要了解之前的打磨深度,打磨深度咨詢TS系統工程師(TS)。在工卡中給出的深度都是總的累計深度,如果累計深度超出給出的范圍,需要立刻聯系TS系統工程師(TS)。PART I 左側主起落架/LH MLG(1) Perform a detailed visual inspection of the surface of the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62) in the area where it can touch the bogie stop pad.詳細目視檢查與小車梁止動塊區域接觸的滑動筒部件表面(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)。 (a) Look for visual signs of damage on the surface of the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62) or signs of flaking and/or blistering of the paint.檢查是否有滑動筒表面損傷或漆層剝落、鼓包。(b) If after visual inspection no damage is found continue at Para B. PART I .(2).如果目視未發現損傷,繼續執行B. PART I .(2)。(c) If after visual inspection damage is found,continue:如果目視檢查發現損傷,繼續執行以下步驟: (d) Remove any remaining damaged paint in the area where the bogie stop pad subassembly touched the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM 32-12-62): refer to PCS-2700.依據PCS-2700去除所有止動塊接觸滑動筒組件區域的漆層損傷。(e) Do a Ferroxyl test or a Copper Sulphate test on the sliding piston subassembly(2-130, CMM 32-12-62): refer to PCS-3800.依據PCS-3800對滑動筒組件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)執行鐵銹測試或硫酸銅測試。NOTE: The Ferroxyl test or Copper Sulphate test is not necessary if you can see the base material.注 釋:如果可以看見基底材料,則無需進行鐵銹測試或硫酸銅測試。1). If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test no indications of base material are found, check the condition of the cadmium plate. If necessary apply brush cadmium plate to affected area: refer to PCS-2141. Continue at para (k).如執行鐵銹測試或硫酸銅測試后顯示未漏出基底金屬,檢查鍍隔層的狀態,按需參考PCS-2141刷鎘涂層。然后執行步驟(k)。CAUTION: IF YOU DO THE COPPER SULPHATE TEST AND FIND INIDIATIONS OF BASE MATERIAL IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE COPPER DEPOSIT WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE TEST. THE COPPER DEPOSIT COULD CAUSE CORROSION IF NOT REMOVED.注 意:如果執行硫酸銅測試并露出基底材料,完成測試后必須將硫酸銅清理干凈,如果沒有清除,將會造成腐蝕。(f) If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test or Visual Inspection basematerial indications are found, repair corrosion or damage to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM 32-12-62) as follows:如果執行鐵銹測試或硫酸銅測試或目視檢查后基材有指示,執行以下步驟修理腐蝕或損傷的滑動筒組件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62):NOTE: If the Copper Sulphate test was done use a Scotchbrite pad or fine abrasive paper to remove the copper deposit. Do not remove base material that is not damaged.注 釋:如果硫酸銅測試通過百潔布或砂紙去除殘留的銅,不要去除沒有損傷的基底材料。NOTE: If base material is exposed but there is no damage or corrosion, proceed to step (g). 注 釋:如果基底材料是暴露在外的,但是沒有損傷或者腐蝕,則進行步驟(g)。1). Use a Scotchbrite pad, Material Ref. Item 19-503, or a low powered hand tool of less than 200 Watts. Blend the reworked area smoothly into the surrounding area. Remove the minimum amount of material to remove all traces of damage or corrosion: refer to M-DLPS1004-4-1 and M-DLPS914. 使用百潔布CML 19-503或者低于200W的低功率手動工具將修理區域打磨至周圍區域水平。去除最少材料來去除所有損傷痕跡或腐蝕,參考M-DLPS1004-4-1 和 M-DLPS914。NOTE: If the cumulative depth of material removed is more than 0,762mm (0.030in)contact TS system engineer for further instructions before further flight. Cumulative depth means total depth, including blends that were performed at the time of previous inspections.注 釋:如果累加去除材料深度超過0.762mm(0.030in),立即聯系TS系統工程師進行進一步施工說明。累加深度指的是總深度,包括之前檢查時所形成的深度。(g) Do a Magnetic Particle Inspection or a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection of the affected area: refer to Appendix D.參考附錄D進行磁粉檢查或熒光滲透檢查修理區域。(h) Do an NDT of the affected area: refer to PCS-3600 Type 1 or Type 3.參考PCS-3600 Type1 或 Type3對修理區域進行無損探傷。NOTE: NDT PCS-3600 is only required if powered hand tools of more than 200 Watts were used to blend the damage, and/or if discolouration is seen during blending.注 釋:NDT PCS-3600僅在使用超過200W的動力手動工具打磨損傷區域且/或打磨過程中發現變色的情況下執行。1). If NDT does not show any defects to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130,CMM 32-12-62) continue at Para (i).如果NDT檢查沒有發現任何滑動筒組件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)損傷,繼續執行(i).2). If NDT shows any defects to the sliding piston subassembly (2-130, CMM32-12-62) base material.如果NDT檢查發現滑動筒組件(2-130, CMM 32-12-62)基底材料損傷。NOTE: Further work is to be stopped to prevent loss of evidence. Contact TS system engineer (TS) for further instructions before further flight.注 釋:進一步工作應該停止以免證據丟失,聯系TS系統工程師(TS)獲取進一步措施。(i) For the reworked area where the base material blend is more than 0,038mm (0.0015in) deep then flap peen the reworked area: refer to PCS-2302. The flap peen intensity must be between 0,25 and 0,40mm (0.010 and 0.016in) with a magnetic strip holder.對于修理區域基底材料打磨深度超過0.038mm(0.0015in),需要參考PCS-2302進行旋片噴丸處理,旋片噴丸厚度必須在0.25-0.40mm(0.010-0.016in)之間。(j) Apply brush cadmium plate to the affected area: refer to PCS-2141.參考PCS-2141對修理區域進行刷鎘涂層。(k) Apply paint to the affected area: refer to PCS-2500.參考PCS-2500對修理區域進行刷漆。1). Apply two layers of primer paint. Make sure the first layer of primer paint is dry before the second layer is applied.刷兩遍底漆,確保在刷第二遍底漆前第一遍底漆已經干透。2). Apply one layer of top coat paint. Make sure the primer paint is dry beforethe top coat is applied.刷一層面漆,確保刷面漆之前底漆已經干透。(2) Refer to AMM 32-11-14-000-803-A or 32-11-14-000-805-A and CMM 32-12-63 and disassemble the bogie and dressings sufficiently to remove the bogie stop pad subassembly and the nylon pad, if applicable. Refer to Appendix C of this Service Bulletin for the bogie stop pad subassembly inspection procedure.參考AMM 32-11-14-000-803-A或32-11-14-000-805-A和CMM 32-12-63分解小車和附件來拆下小車梁止擋塊組件和尼龍片,如果可以,參考附錄C進行小車梁阻擋塊組件檢查。NOTE: Keep the stop pad mounting brackets (7-60 and 7-70 CMM 32-12-63) in position. 注釋:保留止動塊安裝支架(7-60 和7-70 CMM 32-12-63)在位。(a) Clean the bogie assembly (9-40 CMM 32-12-63) where the bogie stop pad subassembly(7-30 CMM 32-12-63) was installed: refer to CLEANING in the CMM 32-12-63.清潔小車梁組件 (9-40 CMM 32-12-63)上止動塊(7-30 CMM 32-12-63)安裝的部位,參考CMM 32-12-63清潔。NOTE: All sealant must be removed from the bogie beam to allow for a visual inspection.注釋:必須清除所有封嚴膠執行目視檢查。(b) Perform detailed visual inspection of the surface of the bogie assembly (9-40) aroundthe area of the bogie stop pad subassembly (7-30).詳細目視檢查小車梁止動塊(7-30)區域的小車梁組件(9-40)表面。1). Look for visual signs of damage or fretting on the surface of the bogie assembly (9-40) or signs of flaking and/or blistering of the paint.檢查小車梁組件(9-40)表面有無損傷或腐蝕或保護漆層有無起泡或剝落。(c) If after visual inspection no damage is found continue at Para (m).如沒有發現損傷則繼續執行步驟(m)。 (d) If after visual inspection damage is found, continue:如發現損傷,繼續執行以下步驟: (e) Remove any remaining damaged paint in the area where the bogie stop pad subassembly (7-30) touched the bogie assembly (9-40): refer to PCS-2700.褪掉小車梁止動塊(7-30)區域的小車梁組件(9-40)接觸區域的漆層,參考PCS-2700。(f) Do a Ferroxyl test or a Copper Sulphate test on the the bogie assembly (9-40): refer toAppendix A.參考附錄A執行小車梁組件(9-40)的鐵銹試劑測試或硫酸銅測試。NOTE: The Ferroxyl test or Copper Sulphate test is not necessary if you can see the base material.注 釋:如果基層材料可見,不需要執行鐵銹測試或硫酸銅測試。1). If after the Ferroxyl test or the Copper Sulphate test no indications of base material are found, check the condition of the cadmium plate. If necessary apply brush cadmium plate to the affected area: refer to PCS-2141.
