?TrainingManagementSystem1.GeneralProvisions1.1PurposeThepurposeofthistrainingmanagementsystemistoimprovetheprofessionalqualityandworkabilityofemployees,enhancetheoverallpetitivenessofthepany,andpromotethesustainabledevelopmentofthepany.Throughsystematictraining,employeescancontinuouslyupdatetheirknowledgeandskills,adapttothechangingneedsofthepanyandthemarket,andbetterpletetheirworktasks.1.2ScopeofApplicationThissystemappliestoallemployeesofthepany,includingfulltimeemployees,parttimeemployees,interns,andemployeesonsecondment.1.3GuidingPrinciplesStrategicOrientation:Trainingshouldbecloselyalignedwiththepany'sstrategicgoalsandbusinessdevelopmentneeds,providingtargetedsupportfortherealizationofthepany'sstrategy.Employeecentered:Focusontheindividualdevelopmentneedsofemployees,encourageemployeestoactivelyparticipateintraining,andhelpemployeesimprovetheirabilitiesandachievecareergoals.SystematicandComprehensive:Establishapletetrainingsystemthatcoversvariousaspectssuchastrainingplanning,implementation,evaluation,andfeedback,ensuringthesystematicnessandprehensivenessoftraining.ContinuousImprovement:Continuouslyevaluateandimprovethetrainingsystemandtrainingcontentaccordingtotheactualsituationofthepanyandemployees,toensuretheeffectivenessandadaptabilityoftraining.2.TrainingPlanning2.1AnnualTrainingPlanTheHumanResourcesDepartmentshall,inconjunctionwitheachdepartment,formulateanannualtrainingplanatthebeginningofeachyear.Theannualtrainingplanshallcoverthetrainingneedsofthepanyasawhole,includingbutnotlimitedtoprofessionalskillstraining,managementtraining,corporateculturetraining,etc.Whenformulatingtheannualtrainingplan,thefollowingfactorsshallbeconsidered:Company'sstrategicgoalsandbusinessdevelopmentplans;Jobrequirementsandskillgapsofemployees;Employeetrainingneedssurveysandfeedback;Availabilityoftrainingresources,includingtraininginstructors,trainingfacilities,andtrainingfunds.Theannualtrainingplanshallincludethefollowingcontents:Trainingobjectivesandexpectedoues;Trainingcontentandcourses;Training對象andscope;Trainingtimeandschedule;Traininglocation;Traininginstructors;Trainingbudget.2.2DepartmentalTrainingPlanEachdepartmentshall,basedontheannualtrainingplanandtheactualworkneedsofthedepartment,formulateadepartmentaltrainingplan.ThedepartmentaltrainingplanshallbesubmittedtotheHumanResourcesDepartmentforreviewandapproval.Thedepartmentaltrainingplanshallincludethefollowingcontents:Trainingobjectivesandexpectedouesspecifictothedepartment;Trainingcontentandcoursestailoredtothedepartment'swork;Training對象withinthedepartment;Trainingtimeandschedulecoordinatedwiththedepartment'swork;Traininglocationarrangedaccordingtothedepartment'sneeds;Traininginstructors,whichmayincludeinternalexpertsorexternaltrainers;Trainingbudgetestimatedforthedepartment.2.3IndividualTrainingPlanEmployeesshall,basedontheirowncareerdevelopmentplansandtrainingneeds,formulateanindividualtrainingplaninconsultationwiththeirdirectsupervisors.TheindividualtrainingplanshallbesubmittedtothedepartmentheadandtheHumanResourcesDepartmentforrecord.Theindividualtrainingplanshallincludethefollowingcontents:Personaltraininggoalsanddevelopmentdirections;Trainingcontentandcoursesselectedaccordingtopersonalneeds;Trainingtimeandscheduleconsideringpersonalworkarrangements;Trainingbudget,whichmayincludeselffundedorpanysubsidizedparts.3.TrainingImplementation3.1TrainingDeliveryMethodsInternalTraining:Conductedbyinternaltrainerswithinthepany.Internaltrainersmayincludeseniormanagers,departmentheads,technicalexperts,etc.Internaltrainingcanbecustomizedtothepany'sspecificneedsandemployees'actualsituations,andiscosteffectiveandpractical.ExternalTraining:Inviteexternalprofessionaltraininginstitutionsorexpertstoprovidetraining.Externaltrainingcanbringinnewideas,advancedconcepts,andprofessionalknowledge,whichisbeneficialforemployeestobroadentheirhorizonsandlearnfromindustrybestpractices.OnlineTraining:Utilizeonlinelearningplatformstoprovidetrainingcourses.Onlinetrainingoffersflexibilityintermsoftimeandlocation,allowingemployeestolearnattheirownpaceandconvenience.Italsoprovidesarichvarietyoflearningresourcesandinteractivefunctions.OntheJobTraining:Employeeslearnthroughpracticalworkundertheguidanceofexperiencedcolleagues.Onthejobtrainingcandirectlyapplytheoreticalknowledgetopractice,improveemployees'practicaloperationability,andenhancetheirunderstandingandmasteryofworkprocesses.3.2TrainingArrangementsBeforethetraining,thetrainingorganizershallsendouttrainingnoticestotheparticipantsinatimelymanner,clearlystatingthetrainingobjectives,content,time,location,andrelevantrequirements.Duringthetraining,thetraininginstructorshallabidebythetrainingplanandteachingmethods,ensurethequalityofteaching,andcreateagoodlearningatmosphere.Thetrainingparticipantsshallactivelyparticipateinthetraining,listencarefully,takenotes,andpletevarioustrainingtasks.Afterthetraining,thetrainingorganizershallcollectfeedbackfromtheparticipantsinatimelymanner,includingtheirevaluationofthetrainingcontent,teachingmethods,trainingeffect,etc.Thetraininginstructorshallalsosummarizethetrainingsituation,analyzetheproblemsanddeficiencies,andprovidesuggestionsforimprovement.3.3TrainingResourcesManagementTrainingFacilitiesandEquipment:Thepanyshallallocateappropriatetrainingfacilitiesandequipment,suchastrainingclassrooms,multimediaequipment,simulationdevices,etc.,toensurethenormalprogressoftraining.Thetrainingfacilitiesandequipmentshallberegularlymaintainedandupdatedtoensuretheirfunctionalityandsafety.TrainingInstructors:Thepanyshallestablishapoolofinternaltraininginstructors,consistingofemployeeswithrichexperience,professionalknowledge,andteachingskills.Atthesametime,externaltraininginstructorsmaybeinvitedasneeded.Thetraininginstructorsshallbeprovidedwithrelevanttrainingandsupporttoimprovetheirteachinglevel.TrainingMaterials:Thepanyshalldeveloporcollectavarietyoftrainingmaterials,includingtrainingmanuals,textbooks,casestudies,presentationmaterials,etc.Thetrainingmaterialsshallbeupdatedregularlytoensuretheirrelevanceandeffectiveness.4.TrainingEvaluation4.1EvaluationCriteriaKnowledgeandSkillsAcquisition:Evaluatewhetheremployeeshavemasteredtheknowledgeandskillstaughtinthetraining,throughwrittentests,practicaloperations,etc.BehaviorChange:Observewhetheremployees'workbehaviorshavechangedafterthetraining,suchasimprovedworkefficiency,betterproblemsolvingability,enhancedteamworkspirit,etc.PerformanceImprovement:Assesswhetheremployees'jobperformancehasimproved,includingworkquality,workquantity,workresults,etc.4.2EvaluationMethodsWrittenTest:Conductwrittenteststoexamineemployees'understandingandmemoryoftrainingknowledge.PracticalOperation:Arrangepracticaloperationtaskstoevaluateemployees'practicalabilitytoapplythelearnedskills.Observation:Observeemployees'workbehaviorsduringandafterthetrainingtoevaluatetheirbehaviorchanges.PerformanceAppraisal:Incorporatetrainingrelatedperformanceindicatorsintotheregularperformanceappraisalsystemtoevaluatetheimpactoftrainingonjobperformance.SelfevaluationandPeerEvaluation:Employeescanconductselfevaluationontheirtraininggains,andpeerscanalsoprovideevaluationstopromotemutuallearningandimprovement.4.3EvaluationResultsUseTheevaluationresultsoftrainingshallbeusedasanimportantbasisforemployees'performanceappraisal,salaryadjustment,promotion,andcareerdevelopment.Employeeswithexcellenttrainingevaluationresultsmaybegivencorrespondingrewardsandincentives,whilethosewithunsatisfactoryresultsmaybeprovidedwithadditionaltrainingopportunitiesorcounselingtohelpthemimprove.Theevaluationresultsoftrainingshallalsobeusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessofthetrainingsystemandtrainingcourses,providingareferencefortheimprovementoftrainingplanning,implementation,andcontent.5.TrainingRecordsandArchives5.1TrainingRecordsManagementTheHumanResourcesDepartmentshallberesponsibleformaintainingtrainingrecordsforallemployees.Trainingrecordsshallincludetrainingplans,trainingnotices,trainingattendancerecords,trainingevaluationresults,etc.Trainingrecordsshallbeupdatedinatimelymannertoensuretheaccuracyandpletenessoftheinformation.Thetrainingrecordsshallbestoredinelectronicandpaperformsforeasyretrievaland查閱.5.2TrainingArchivesEstablishmentAtrainingarchiveshallbeestablishedtocollectandarchiveimportanttrainingmaterials,suchastrainingreports,trainingcertificates,trainingphotos,etc.Thetrainingarchiveshallbeclassifiedandorganizedforeasymanagementandutilization.Thetrainingarchiveshallbeusedasareferenceforfuturetrainingevaluation,experiencesharing,andtrainingimprovement.Itcanalsoprovidehistoricaldataforthepany'shumanresourcesmanagementanddecisionmaking.6.TrainingBudget6.1BudgetAllocationThepanyshallallocateacertainamountoftrainingfundseveryyear,whichshallbeincludedintheannualbudgetplan.Thetrainingbudgetshallbemainlyusedfortrainingcourses,trainingmaterials,traininginstructors,trainingfacilitiesandequipment,andotheraspectsrelatedtotraining.Thetrainingbudgetshallbeallocatedaccordingtotheimportanceandurgencyoftrainingneeds,aswellasthenumberofemployeesandtrainingscale.Differentdepartmentsandtrainingprojectsmaybeallocateddifferentamountsoftrainingfundsaccordingtotheirspecificsituations.6.2BudgetControlTheHumanResourcesDepartmentshallberesponsibleformonitoringandcontrollingthetrainingbudget.Duringtheimplementationoftrainingprojects,theactualexpensesshallbestrictlycontrolledwithinthebudgetrange.Ifthereisaneedtoadjustthebudget,aformalbudgetadjustmentapplicationshallbesubmittedandapprovedinaccordancewiththepany'sfinancialmanagementprocedures.Attheendofeachyear,theHumanResourcesD
