如果在第二條涵義內，某排氣系統或者根據《指令70/156/EEC》?M9第二條?的涵義視作是排氣系統中獨立技術裝置的部件已經取得了型式認證，那么在涉及容許聲級和排氣系統的范圍內，按照本指令第二條各成員國均不得禁止上述排氣系統或者部件投放市場。B第三條為了考慮到技術的發展，除了根據?M3附件I第5.2.2.1項和第5.2.2.5項?而規定的要求之外，應按照關于機動車及其掛車型式認證的《委員會指令》的第十三條中的規定的程序，采用調整附錄所需采納必要的修正案調整附件中的要求。第四條1.
