1、電氣試驗 Electric Test1. 電氣試驗常規要求General Requirements1) 電氣預防性的試驗嚴格按規范、產品說明書要求執行。Electric preventive test shall be carried out in accordance with criterion and product specification strictly.2) 組合式微機保護及監控繼電器按產品說明書進行整定。Adjust combined micro-computer protection and monitoring relay 3) 常規的電磁式繼電器調試按新編保護繼電器檢驗
2、中有關規定進行調試。The normal electromagnetic relay commissioning shall comply with the stipulations of New Protection Relay Test.4) 盤(柜)指示電表經校驗后,對合格的電表粘貼專用合格證。After calibration of the panel (cabinet) indicative ammeter, paste special quality certificate on the qualified ammeter. 5) 高壓開關柜的傳動試驗在各電氣元件及單體柜調試后進行
3、。傳動試驗時,認真核對各回路的準確及可靠性。主要傳動試驗項目:High pressure switchboard transmission test shall be carried out after electrical element and individual cabinet commissioning. Check the loops accuracy and liability during transmission test. The main transmission project:l 操作控制回路傳動試驗;l Operation Control Loop Transmis
4、sion Testl 保護回路傳動試驗;l Loop Protection Transmission Testl 測量/計量回路試驗;l Measure/Recording Loop Testl 系統低電壓、斷線保護試驗;l System Low Pressure, Cable break protection testl 核對一、二次相位;l Check 1st and 2nd phase2. 變壓器試驗 Transformer Test1) 測量繞組連同套管的直流電阻,測量應在各分接頭所有位置上進行; Measure winding and sleeve DC resistance of
5、all the connection joints.2) 對1600kVA及以下三相變壓器,各相測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的4%,線間測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的2%;1600kVA以上的三相變壓器,各相測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的2%,線間測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的1%;1600kVA以上的三相變壓器,各相測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的2%,線間測得值的相互差值應小于平均值的1%;(重復) 三相電阻不平衡率計算Three Phase Transformer of 1600Kva and the less, the measured values difference shall b

7、ate calculation formula: Measured Max-MinUnbalanced Rate= 100% Average 3) 直阻測量方法:DC Resistance Measure Method用感性負載速測歐姆計測量繞組直流電阻時,其接線及測量方法應符合測試儀器的技術要求。When measuring winding DC resistance by sensibility load ohmmeter, the connection and the measure method shall comply with equipment technical require
8、ments. 4) 變壓器的直流電阻,與同溫下產品出廠實測數值比較,相應變化不應大于2%;將不同溫度下的繞組直流電阻溫度換算到同一溫度:DC resistance of transformer, compared with measured value of product by manufacturer under same temperature, the corresponding change shall be not more than 2%, convert the winding DC resistance under different temperature into the

(式中:Rx 換算至溫度為tx時的電阻; Ra-溫度為ta時所測得的電阻;T-溫度換算系數,銅線為235,鋁線為225;tx-需要換算Rx的溫度; ta-測量Ra時的溫度)(convert Rx into the resistance under temperature of tx, Ra is resistance under temperature of ta, T is temperature convert coefficient, copper line is 235, aluminum is 225, tx is the temperature
10、 of Rx to convert, ta is temperature of measuring Ra ) 5) 由于變壓器結構等原因,差值超過本條第款時,可只按本條第款進行比較。Cause of transformer structure, the difference is more than clause 2, comply with clause 4 only.6) 檢查所有分接頭的變壓比變壓比與制造廠名牌數據相比應無明顯差別,且符合變比的規律。額定分接的變壓比允許偏差為±0.5%,其它分接的偏差應在變壓器阻抗值(%)的1/10以內,但不超過1%。 Check all co
11、nnection joints transforming ratio, which shall be no distinct difference compared with the date of manufacturer brand and comply with the transforming rule. Rated tap transforming ratio allowable difference is ±0.5%, others shall within 1/10 of transformer resistance (%), but not more than 1%.
12、7) 檢查三相變壓器的結線組別和單相變壓器引出線的極性Check three phase transformer wire series and polarity of single phase transformer output wire.8) 測量繞組連同套管的絕緣電阻Measure the insulation resistance of winding and sleeve. a) 絕緣電阻值不應低于出廠試驗值的70%。Insulation resistance shall be not less than 70% of leave factory testing value.b)

15、emperature is above 20 R20=ARt當實測溫度為20以下時:When measured temperature is below 20 R20=Rt/A(式中:R20-校正到20時的絕緣電阻值;Rt-在測量溫度下的絕緣電阻值) (R20- revise to absolute value of 20, Rt- is the absolute resistance vale under measuring temperature) 9) 交流耐壓試驗AC Withstand Voltage Test根據制造廠提供的技術資料及業主的要求決定是否進行該項試驗;如進行該項試驗需
16、制造廠提供試驗電壓值。In accordance with the technical documents provided by manufacturer and Clients requirements to determine whether to carry out the test, if do it, the manufacture should provide test voltage value.a) 試驗電壓的頻率為50Hz,電壓波形應盡可能接近正弦波形。The testing voltage frequency is 50Hz, voltage wave form bett
17、er be sine wave.b) 進行交流耐壓時,非被試側繞組應短接后接地。Carry out AC withstand voltage test, the un-test side of the winding resistance should be earthed. 10) 測量與鐵芯絕緣的各緊固件的絕緣電阻measure the resistance of iron core insulation fastening ware a) 應測量可接觸到的穿芯螺栓、軛鐵夾件及綁扎鋼帶對鐵軛、鐵芯及繞組壓環的絕緣電阻;Measure the touchable penetration bo
18、lt, yoke clamp, steel banding yoke, steel core and winding ring insulation resistance. b) 采用2500V兆歐表測量,持續時間為1分鐘,應無閃絡及擊穿現象;measuring with 2500 ohmmeter, tine last 1minute, no flashover, no breakdown. c) 當軛鐵梁及穿芯螺栓一端與鐵芯相連時,應將連接片斷開后進行試驗;When one side of yoke beams and penetration bolts connected with th
19、e core, carry out Test after disconnecting the clips.11) 沖擊合閘試驗Impact Closing Test在額定電壓下對變壓器進行沖擊合閘試驗,應進行5次,每次間隔宜為5分鐘,無異常現象。沖擊合閘試驗宜在變壓器高壓側進行;對中性點接地的電力系統,沖擊試驗時變壓器的中性點必須接地;發電機變壓器組中間連接無操作斷開點的變壓器,可不進行沖擊合閘試驗。Carry out impact closing test under rated voltage for 5 times every 5 minus, there should be no ab

No impact closing test is acceptable for the generator transformer assembly without operation disconnection point. 12) 檢查相位 Phase C
21、heck檢查變壓器的相位必須與系統相位一致。Confirm the transformer and the system phase must be consistent.3. 電纜試驗Cable Test1) 絕緣測試 Insulation Testa) 測量電纜對地或對金屬屏蔽層間和各線芯間的絕緣電阻。Measure the insulation resistance of cable to ground or iron shielded layer and cores.b) 對1kV以上電纜采用2500V兆歐表。Use 2500V Megohmmeter to test cable of
22、 above 1kVc) 對0.6/1kV及以下電纜采用1000V兆歐表。Use 1000V Megohmmeter to test cable of 0.6/1Kv and below.2) 直流耐壓及泄漏電流測量 DC Voltage Endurance and DC Leaking Measuring(塑料絕緣電纜包括聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜、聚乙烯絕緣電纜及交聯聚乙烯絕緣電纜。聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜產品型號有VV、VLV等;聚乙烯絕緣及交聯聚乙烯絕緣電纜的產品型號有YJV及YJLV等。)Plastic insulation cable including PVC insulation cable,

25、ion resistance instead of DC voltage endurance test.5) 交流單芯電纜的護層絕緣試驗標準,按產品技術條件的規定進行。AC single core cable protection layer test standard should be according to technology condition.6) 電纜主絕緣交流耐壓試驗 Cable main insulation AC voltage endurance test 試驗電壓:2U0;持續時間:60min (U0:電纜額定相電壓) 。Test voltage: 2UO, last
26、ing time: 60min (UO: cable rated voltage)7) 按產品技術條件的規定決定進行直流耐壓及泄漏電流測量或是進行電纜主絕緣交流耐壓試驗。Carry out DC voltage endurance and leakage current measure or cable main insulation AC voltage test according product technology terms and condition stipulation. 8) 相位檢查 Phase Check電纜接線相序與系統相位一致。Cable connection ord
27、er is same with system phase4. 交流電機試驗 AC Generator Test1) 測量繞組的絕緣電阻,使用500V兆歐表,常溫下絕緣電阻值不應低于0.5MW;額定電壓為1kV及以上,在運行溫度時的絕緣電阻值定子繞組不低于每千伏1MW,轉子繞組不應低于每千伏0.5MW。Measure winding insulation resistance, use 500v Megohmmeter, insulation resistance value shall not less than 0.5MW under normal temperature. Rated vo
28、ltage is above 1kV, insulation resistance value stator winding is not less than 1MW/kV under operation temperature, stator winding resistance shall not be less than 0.5MW/Kv.2) 100kW以上的電動機各相繞組直流電阻值相互差別不應超過其最小值的2%,中性點未引出的電動機可測量線間直流電阻,其相互差別不應超過最小值的1%。測量時應記錄環境溫度,以便與出廠試驗值相比較。 Above 100kW motor, each win

There can be no checking if the output neutral point is not available.4) 對于備用發電機的試驗,依據制造廠提供的試驗項目及標準進行試驗。Test for
31、Standby generators, according to the test item and standards provided manufacturer.5. 繼電器調試 Relay Commissioning 1) 調試前,應保證繼電器對試驗電源的要求。電源的波形應為正弦波,諧波分量 不超過基波的5%。試驗電源的頻率應為50Hz。當試驗電源頻率對繼電器影響較大時應考慮頻率的正、負偏差對試驗數據的影響,應對試驗數據進行修正。當使用直流電源試驗時,電源的波紋系數要小。一般情況下,波紋系數K1%。Before commissioning, ensure relay meets test

When the test frequency of power have great influence on relays, positive and negative deviation of the test data should be considered, an

When using DC power for test, the corrugated coefficient is smaller. generally, corrugated coefficient K 1%.2) 使用標準儀表的精度不低于0.5級。Using standard instrument precision is not lower than 0.53) 使用專用儀器進行調試時,專用儀器上的電表精度不低于0.5級。Using specialized instrument for commissioning, the instrument
34、ammeter accuracy is not less than 0.5.4) 繼電器外殼應清潔無灰塵。外殼、玻璃應完整,嵌接要良好。外殼與底座結合應緊密牢固,防塵密封應良好,安裝端正。繼電器端子接線應牢固可靠。Relay shell should be clean. Shell, glass should be complete, embedded is good. Shell should be closely combined with the base, dust-protection seal should be good, correct installation. Relay
35、terminal block should be solid and reliable.5) 繼電器內部應清潔、接線牢固、各部件完好,動作靈活、可靠。The relay inner part shall be clean, connection solid, all part is perfect, flexible and liable6) 繼電器的接點檢查:應保證接點接觸良好、無抖動、粘住或出現火花等異常現象,并有足夠的壓力。Relay contact point inspection: ensure contact point is good, jitter-free, no stick
36、 and spark abnormal phenomenon, and sufficient pressure.7) 電磁式繼電器其動作值應測量繼電器的沖擊動作值。然后平穩下降測量繼電器的返回值。對于欠量動作的繼電器應將繼電器升到額定值,然后平穩下降至動作值。電子組合式繼電器按制造廠商提供的技術資料中要求進行調試。Electromagnetic relay operating value shall be the impact operating value. 39、V以下者,使用500V兆歐表。端子對底座和磁導體的絕緣電阻應大于50。各線圈對觸點及各觸點間的絕緣電阻應大于50。各線圈間的絕緣電阻應大于10。由電子元、器件組成的綜合繼電器不進行絕緣電阻的測定。Insulation Resistance meauring: rated voltage of 100 V and above, use of 1000 V Megohmmeter; rated voltage below 100 V, use 500 V Megohmmeter. Between the coil insulation resistance should be greater than 10 . No measure to insulation resistance comprehensive relay composed of electronic device.12) 電磁式繼電器進行沖擊試驗

43、provided by manufacturer.14) 對多功能綜合保護繼電器的數碼顯示部分應完好,刻度清晰、準確。Multi-functional comprehensive protective relay digital display part shall be perfect, Calibration clear and accurate.15) 按產品的技術性能,輸入相應的參數值,檢驗其功能是否符合產品的技術標準。Input parameter values according to product technology performance, check if the fun
44、ctions comply with technology standard.16) 按設計的整定值,檢驗繼電器實際動作值。Check actual operation value of the relay according to set value.17) 對過量參數值由低值逐漸升至動作值,欠量參數值由額定值降至動作值。Excessive parameters, increase gradually from low value to operation value, less of parameter values decrease from rated value to operati
45、on value.18) 在未采取可靠的措施前,不得觸摸繼電器內部電路板,以免靜電損壞電路板。Before no reliable measures taken, forbid to touch the internal circuit boards to prevent any damage.6. 傳動試驗Transmission Test1) 主變壓器進線開關、隔離開關、接地開關分、合閘操作;Main transformer input switch, isolation switch, earthing switch turn on/off operation;2) MCC(電動機控制中
46、心)系統分、合閘操作;MCC system turn on/off operation;3) 變壓器保護等動作跳閘及信號的傳動試驗;Transformer protection trip and signal transmission test;4) MCC(電動機控制中心)饋線柜動作跳閘及信號的傳動試驗;MCC wire cabinet protection trip and signal transmission test;5) 備用電源自投的傳動試驗;Spare power independent transmission test;6) 測量、計量回路的傳動試驗及其它傳動試驗;Meas
47、uring and recording loop transmission test and other transmission test;9) 上述傳動試驗應準確、可靠;二次回路絕緣良好。Above transmission tests should be accurate and reliable; loop should be well isolated. 7. UPS(不間斷電源)調試 UPS Commissioning 1) UPS(不間斷電源)裝置主機按制造廠技術資料要求進行調試。The commissioning of UPS mainframe should be accor
48、ding to Manufacturers technical specification documents.2) UPS(不間斷電源)裝置蓄電池絕緣電阻應符合產品技術條件,并按制造廠技術條件進行充放電;充電電壓應符合產品技術條件。10 小時放電應達到100%放電率。Storage battery isolation resistance of the UPS should comply with technical specification and should be discharged accordingly; charge voltage should comply with te
49、chnical specification. 10-hour discharge should reach 100% discharging rate. 8. 電氣受、送電 Electric Apparatus Receiving and Supplying Power 1) 電氣受、送電,遵循先高壓(電源)側后低壓(負荷)側,斷電時,先斷低壓側(負荷)側,后高壓(電源)側。Receiving and supplying power should be from high voltage side and then lower side; breaking power should be fr
50、om lower voltage side and then higher. 2) 為保證安全在變壓器受電前將盤柜內所有開關置于斷開位置 All the switches should be kept Off before receiving power in order to guarantee the safety. 3) 在額定電壓下對變壓器沖擊試驗5次,每次間隔時間為5min,無異常現象Carry out impacting test 5 times every 5 min under rating voltage, there should be no abnormal situations. 4) 兩段受電后,在母聯柜母聯開關一、二次核相。After second phase receiving, check busbar switch phase. 5) 進行并列運行及進線柜、母聯柜聯鎖試驗 Carry out shunt circulating and input cabinet a
