11、carrie d outto"maintain提高學困生的策略與方法研究結題報告一、課題的提出學習是學生最重要的任務,也是學生產生差別、形成分化的主要因素,因此,如何輔導、幫助學習困難學生,給他們提供合適的教育,使他們能夠適應學習的需要,成為當前學校教育的一大難題。這是這一課題研究的問題。為了成功教育這些學習困難的學生,我們就要研究、了解這一群體的特點:學習困難的學生智力和能力并不一定低于學業水平優異的學生。對于學業優異的學生, 他們的意志品質堅定、習慣良好、大腦信息加工方式正好適應學校特定學習任務所需求的技能,而學習困難學生,他們從未被教授過適合他們思維的學習方式和策略,加之意志品
12、質、學習習慣、學習方法、心理因素等問題的影響,造成學習困難,如果教會他們有效的學習策略和恰當的學習方法,培養他們的意志品質、學習習慣、心理素質等,他們的學習將會得到極大的改善。學生的學習能力、認識水平、知識水平的基礎差異,造成班級教學兩極分化現象的加劇,如果老師不深入分析,探求成因,對癥下藥,實施分層教學,實施對學困生的培養幫扶,勢必引起一部分學生跟不上,學困生增多,負面影響加劇,導致整體教育質量的下降,我們潼關縣近年來中考質量的下滑就是例證。隨著社會的發展和進步,家庭經濟條件日見好轉,學生物質生活逐漸豐富,導致他們的思想、行為隨著發生變化,沒有以前的學生好教了,沒有以前的學生聽話了,對待學習

28、取何種態度,能更有利于學困生轉化工作的開展。目標之四:通過課題研究,加強教師自身的理論學習,使他們樹立正確的學生觀和教育觀,使教師教學的實踐水平和理論水平有較大提高,力爭做科研型教師。四、課題研究的基本原則1、整體性原則學校教育應面向全體學生,要對全體學生進行協調一致的教育,因為學習優秀的學生也可能是某一學科學習困難,所以, 研究過程中,每一位學生都是我們關注的對象。2、差異性原則在學校教育中,學生的學習水平存在明顯的差異,因此, 確定教育內容應當遵循差異性原則。不僅要尊重個體差異,還要對不同特點的學生進行分類、指導和教育, 如學生存在心理差異,需要不同的教育方法和教育策略,這是保證教學效果的

48、于拉近教師與學生之間的距離,使教師與學生的交流變得和諧,教師對學生的要求更利于學生接受,為學困生的培養提供良好的感情基礎。五、課題研究的方法與步驟研究方法有:1、調查法通過問卷調查,對初中部部分學生發放學習動機問卷調查,與學習優異的學生進行比對,分析學困生的學習動機,查找產生根源,進行歸納總結,制定有效策略,確立個案追蹤調查。2、文獻資料法有關這一方面的研究,已有許多行之有效的方法,通過查找資料文獻,借鑒有效的方法,提高研究成效,節省研究時間。3、談話法對于心理因素方面導致的學習困難學生和由于學習困難導致心理發生變化的學生,通過相互信任的師生談話,解決學生心理、行為問題,排除學生心理障礙,可以
